Responding to the needs of local public schools has resulted in KICP offering a diverse variety of support activities to local school principals and management teams. These range from basic administrative skills to high-end management and leadership training for school management teams.
The Leadership Development Programme is designed to strengthen school leaders’ core leadership competencies and support them in applying these skills effectively within their specific school contexts.
